ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Is responsible for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current, organized, clean, and labeled. Is responsible for keeping all material that is for a specific project clearly labeled by job number and/or project name and segregated and protected from material for other projects.
- Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment. Prepares work order for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
- Confers with manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as sales, installation, and purchasing.
- Directs salvage of damaged or used material. When material is determined to be damaged, material is labeled accordingly and segregated from good material to insure that material is not used.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and write clearly. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate simple figures.
Must possess a valid state driver's license or have the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Email, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Sales Force. Must be certified to operate truck with hoist, forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, lifting slings
