ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist answering phones and directing calls.
- Assist in filing documents.
- Assist Office Manager as needed in areas of weekly payroll, accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable collections.
- Perform office duties including, making copies; sending faxes, sorting mail, ordering supplies, and running errands.
Knowledge of office operating environments. Ability to juggle competing demands and pitch in where ever needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sound working knowledge of personal computers is helpful.
A valid drivers license is required.
