Responsibilities:

• Handle and lead installation and field service projects with competence and professionalism
• Lead, document, and communicate project details with customers and team members
• Mentor and coach team members to foster ongoing technical development and growth
• Actively find ways to improve our processes and installation methods
• Perform basic networking and IT functions
• Read and understand blueprints, product data sheets, and installation manuals
• Work from ladders and lifts to install cable systems and components
• Maintain accurate files and records in physical and electronic forms
• Maintain organized workspace and jobsites

Requirements:

• Proficient with security, video, and/or access control system installation and programming
• Ability to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing
• Understanding of confidential matters and the ability to avoid inappropriate disclosure
• Ability to work in various commercial and industrial environments and regularly lift, handle, and install equipment and cabling
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Possess a Can-Do Attitude and deliver on commitments with a high level of integrity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while contributing to multiple strategic projects

Required experience:

• Video Surveillance, Security or Fire Alarm, and Access Control System Installation: 3 years

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
