The position of Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator is critical to ensure parts are available, delivered on time and purchased at the best price to meet the needs of the current situation.
Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Inventory: Receive Equipment Deliveries, Perform Quarterly Inventory, Stage Equipment for Jobs & Service Tickets
Purchasing: Order & Parts Tracking, Create Purchase Orders for Every Project & Job, Processing Credit Returns and Repair Orders
Provide backup assistance as needed for processing code changes & remote programming for service calls
Tech troubleshooting as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
•High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
•Organization & Attention to Detail
• Knowledge of Sedona & Microsoft Office preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration: State of Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)
