Job: Inside Sales Specialist, FE Moran Security Solutions, Carmel, IN
Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. As an inside sales representative you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. This position is based in our Carmel, Indiana office.
Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
1. Answer phone calls and respond to emails immediately with a positive attitude and a desire to close deals.
2. Follow suggested scripts provided to all sales representatives.
3. Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
4. Quick learner with back end systems, product knowledge, sales techniques, and qualification management.
5. Strong time management and organizational skills are a must
6. Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
7. Demonstrates follow through on all communications to both internal and external customers, with a high sense of urgency.
8. Participates in industry educational activities to ensure the adoption of best practices.
