We begin with a preliminary phone interview with you, then follow with
face to face meetings. You are informed of the demands of the position,
the company - everything it takes to prepare you for a successful interview.
We help coordinate your interviews with our clients. Though the decision
ultimately rests between you and the client, we will give you our feedback
and can paticipate in negotiations, should you so desire.
Our success depends on presenting you as the best candidate for the
position and on your winning the position.
Good talent is hard to find and we never throw away good talent. Should
we be unsuccessful on the first try, other positions may become available
with even greater potential for you. So, we will keep your resume in
our database and contact you when that opportunity appears.
